DO I HAVE MANY OPTIONS IN FLOOR PLANS, SIZE, AND PRICE?

You can get just about anything you want from an Aspire lodge. We offer a wide range of floor plans that are specifically designed for your needs or those of your park. You can choose homes from 34ft to 64ft and from one to five bedrooms. You can also personalise your home to match your tastes with upgrades and custom details.


What interior options, features, and extras are available?

The many options you can usually select include window colours, wall coverings, fire surrounds, appliance packages, floor coverings, skylights, bay windows, custom design cabinets, cookers, hobs, extractor fans, microwave ovens, wine coolers, washer/dryer, and more. Ask our sales teams what is available for the floor plans you're interested in.


DO I HAVE TO ORDER A HOME, OR CAN I BUY ONE THAT IS ALREADY BUILT?

All of our homes are built to order. We offer a wide range of floor plans with specified interiors or you can special order a home customised to your choice and requirements.
Can I buy directly from Aspire?

Aspire Park & Leisure Homes are sold direct to the parks. However, if you have planning permission and a plot of land Aspire can help you with every step of selecting and purchasing your home. Ask our sales team about the full range of services we can provide.


What kind of warranty protects my home?

Aspire Park & Leisure Homes lodges come with a full one year manufacturers warranty. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use of the home, for one full year. After the first year we offer a further nine years under the Goldshield scheme. Ask our sales team for a copy of the warranty booklet.
