A Home for All Seasons
Whether you choose to use your Aspire lodge as a holiday home or a residential park home, rest assured that you will be comfortable all year round. Our homes are built to exceed the British Standard BS3632 for residential park homes, which means that your home will remain warm, cosy and efficient to heat in the winter but cool and well-ventilated in summer time
In part, this is due to the advanced insulation that we use in our walls and ceilings. Conventional mineral wool insulation can begin to sag over time, leaving gaps in higher sections of exterior walls. Sometimes, this can go unnoticed for years, resulting in soaring energy bills.
Our advanced spray foam insulation completely envelopes the timber frame, ensuring that no gaps are left behind the wall and ceiling panelling. It bonds to the structure and never sags. A reflective breather membrane covers the spray foam insulation to help to radiate heat back into the home on cold nights and reflect the sun’s rays back outside on hot days.
Whatever the weather outside, you are guaranteed a comfortable climate inside.

Every Aspire home leaves with a complete quality check; however, if a problem should arise for any reason, our Aftersales team is on hand to address any issues promptly and diligently. Our commitment to quality service means that a robust care plan is included with your new home in the form of a full 1-year Manufacturer Warranty as standard, which is backed up further by individual warranties on many of the products used in your lodge. A full list of the warranty periods for various products can be obtained from our sales team. We also offer a comprehensive 10-year Goldshield Warranty if your park is registered with Goldshield (this option can be included with the purchase of your home).
