DO I HAVE MANY OPTIONS IN TERMS OF FLOORPLANS, SIZE AND PRICE?
You can get just about anything you want from an Aspire lodge. We offer a wide range of floorplans that are specifically designed for your needs or those of your park. You can choose homes from 34' to 64' and from one to five bedrooms. You can also personalise your home to match your tastes with upgrades and custom details.
What interior options, features and extras are available?
The many options that you can usually select include window colours, wall coverings, fire surrounds, appliance packages, floor coverings, skylights, bay windows, custom design cabinets, cookers, hobs, extractor fans, microwaves, wine coolers, washing machines and more. Ask our sales teams what is available for the floorplans that you're interested in.
DO I HAVE TO ORDER A HOME OR CAN I BUY ONE THAT IS ALREADY BUILT?
All of our homes are built to order. We offer a wide range of floorplans with specified interiors or you can order a home that is customised to your preferences and requirements.
Can I buy directly from Aspire?
Lodges from Aspire Park & Leisure Homes Ltd are sold directly to holiday and residential parks. However, if you have planning permission and a plot of land, Aspire can help you with every step of selecting and purchasing your home. Ask our sales team about the full range of services that we provide.
What kind of warranty protects my home?
Aspire Park & Leisure Homes Ltd lodges come with a full 1-year Manufacturer Warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects found in materials and workmanship under normal use of the home for one full year. After the first year, we offer a further 9 years of cover under the Goldshield scheme. Ask our sales team for a copy of the warranty booklet.
