Whether you choose to use your Aspire lodge as a holiday home or a residential park home - rest assured you will be comfortable all year round. Our homes are built to exceed the British Standard BS3632 for Residential Park Homes - it means your home will remain warm, cosy and efficient to heat in the winter but cooler and well ventilated in summer time
Our advanced spray foam insulation completely envelopes the timber frame ensuring no gaps are left in spaces behind wall or ceiling panelling. It bonds to the structure and never sags. A reflective breather membrane on the exterior helps to radiate heat back into the home on those cold nights and reflect the sun’s rays back outside on hot days.
Whatever the weather outside - you are guaranteed a comfortable climate inside.

Every Aspire home leaves with a complete quality check, however if for any reason problems should arise, our aftersales team are on hand to address issues promptly and diligently. Our commitment to quality service means a robust care plan is included with your new home in the form of a full 1 year Manufacturer Warranty as standard which is backed up further by individual warranties on many of the products contained in your lodge. A full list of the warranty periods for various products can be obtained from our sales team. We also offer a comprehensive 10-year Goldshield Warranty if your park is registered with Goldshield and this option has been included with the purchase of your home.

Pasadena - sumptuous naturalness
The city of Pasadena in California is known as an architectural and cultural oasis. Cradle to the ultimate craftsman bungalows of architects Henry and Charles Greene in the early 1900s, this famous city never stopped building beautiful buildings. But it also has the awe-inspiring Angeles National Forest as its back garden - fine architecture and natural splendours to create an apartment style lodge that is made to exceed expectations.
Pasadena forms a new way of luxury lodge living; untying itself from the conventional styles and layout of mainstream lodges yet binding itself tightly to sumptuous elegance at every turn.
VIENNA - Luxuriously inviting
